When you design a large-size card or oversized postcard, it's important to print on a stock that has enough substance to hold up and not flop over like a handful of wet noodles. This hefty 22pt thick uncoated cardstock is up to the task and will look great while performing. Clubcard Vancouver prints large cards on Cougar Brand 165lb DTC - double thick cover weight stock which equals 22pt in thickness in custom and standard sizes from 6" x 8" up to 8.5" x 11".
To provide you with outstanding colour consistency and beautiful image reproduction, your large cards will be printed on a state of the art Hewlett Packard Indigo printing press that utilizes a hybrid mix of the best of offset and digital printing technology to ensure your large cards print perfectly every time.

Full Ink Coverage Not Recommended Full coverage (aka floods of ink) on uncoated stocks are not recommended on this Indigo printed card stock. We use a liquid suspended based toner on this print method and the overall result of covering uncoated stocks in this toner will produce a low sheen instead of a matte appearance. Heavy coverage may also highlight the appearance of natural fibres on uncoated stocks. If your art / design includes heavy ink coverage and you want cards with a matte appearance we recommend one of our laminated stocks.
