We ship using Canada Post, UPS with several levels of service across Canada.
We also offer a Local Courier service within the Lower Mainland.

 

All shipments are F.O.B. Orders ship free of defects from Clubcard and once picked up by the carrier, liability for damage, loss or delay is transferred from Clubcard to the carrier. You agree that Clubcard is not liable for damage, loss or delay and any compensation must be requested through the carrier as outlined in the terms and conditions agreed to when placing an order.  www.clubcard.ca/pages/terms-conditions

 

Damage or Delay During Shipping: If your order is delayed in transit, Clubcard may require several days to remedy the situation with the shipping company. As ownership of goods is transferred from Clubcard to you once the shipment leaves our facilities, Clubcard will not be responsible for delays or damage caused during shipping and will not be liable for claims of loss of business or any damages due to shipping delays or for damage caused in shipping.

We offer Route Package Protection Insurance as an optional way to cover loss, theft or damage of your your order. Route generally resolves claims on the same business day. You can remove the service in the cart if you choose. We strongly suggest purchasing this insurance, especially in larger orders as most carriers limit compensation for lost, stolen or damaged items to $100 and their process can take several days or weeks to resolve.

Canada Post Priority Delivery within 2 business days across Canada. Canada Post Xpresspost Delivery within 2 business days in British Columbia and Alberta. Delivery within 3 business days to rest of Canada. Canada Post Expedited Parcel Delivery within 2 business days within British Columbia. Delivery within 4 business days to Alberta & Saskatchewan. Delivery within 8 business days to rest of Canada.

UPS Express Next business day delivery across Canada*, generally before 10:30am. UPS Express Saver Next business day delivery across Canada*, generally before 3pm. UPS Standard Delivery within 2-7 business days across Canada, depending on region.   *Not available to all regions.

 

 Local Courier - 6 Hour Service

Delivery with 6 hours, during delivery hours of 9am and 5pm. Only available within the Lower Mainland.
